Our Process

Our process is intentionally streamlined and highly curated, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and a seamless client experience from start to finish.

01 Pre-Qualifying Call

We begin with a brief call to discuss your project scope, timeline, and investment range. This ensures alignment and allows us to move forward with intention.

02 Showroom Consultation

We schedule an in-person visit to our showroom, where you’ll bring general measurements of your space (or a pre-drawn layout) along with inspiration images. During this meeting, we collaborate closely to understand your vision and explore design possibilities.

03 Finishes & Preliminary Budget

At the showroom visit, we curate and present finish options tailored to your aesthetic and provide a preliminary budget for your project in real time.

04 Design Retainer & DOCA Confirmation Process

To move forward, we collect a non-refundable design retainer to begin the DOCA confirmation process and develop detailed technical drawings.

If a design has not already been established, we will provide a proposal for full design services, including layout development and renderings for your review and approval.

05 Final Drawings, Approval & Invoice

Once all drawings and specifications are finalized, we obtain your approval and provide a formal invoice for signature and payment.

06 Order Placement & Production

Upon completion of payment, your order is placed and begins production in Barcelona. We will keep you updated throughout the process and coordinate delivery timelines.

07 Installation Coordination

We work with a trusted network of professional installers and will connect you with our preferred installation team, who will provide a separate, detailed quote for installation services.

08 Delivery & White-Glove Service

When your cabinetry is ready, we coordinate delivery and schedule a white-glove service into your home, ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision.
